All first-time member families must fill out a family membership application. This is a "fillable" pdf form; using the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, the form can be filled in and saved before printing and signing. Renewing members can edit the saved form or simply send an e-mail notification to membership@graciousharest.org if none of the information has changed. |
